Modding and art attempts

It's a start. (A not so great one with the sea daffodil lol)
Stardew Valley takes over my life in a way that no other game ever has. It's not my most played game, it just, idk, hits different. Yes, very descriptive I know.
I get it, it's all about farming and forest magic. But the beach farm exists and I literally cannot play on another farm. I start a game on one and within the first in game year I am quitting that save and going back to the beach farm.
My only issue with the beach farm is that I think the layout is awkward and there is not enough beach/sea themed stuff.
I have never tried to mod SV before and I am biting off way more than I can chew but stuff it. In for a penny in for a pound. I suppose I just better get good at pixel art and coding. My only issue is, if I get this mod to play out and work how I want it to. I may never be seen again.
It might be more sensible to do the coding first just using in game assets to see if it all works? But art is what makes me forget what a sensible sleep schedule looks like so honestly, I think I'm going to get most of the art out of the way, sleep for seven years and then work on the coding. Coding is something I can't spend too many hours staring at. Maybe that will change but I hope not as I have other things to do that need to be done lol Like learning skills that can actually get my house decorated and let me start up my own tiny business selling hand spun yarn and bracelets. I don't expect to make a lot, I'm fortunately in a position where if I don't earn I can still at least eat and keep a roof over my head.
